CPRE North Yorkshire

Precedent set

Wednesday, 25 May 2016 06:19

On the 22 of May at County Hall in Northallerton, seven councillors voted to approve the KM8 application.

Even though all the Parish Councils (the first tier of local government) and Ryedale District Council voted to remove, democracy seemed to fail the residents of Ryedale.

CPRE is a campaigning organisation, which has since 1926, worked to protect and enhance England's green and pleasant land (scapes).  See Fracking in Ryedale for more information
