The document prepared by CPRENY in conjunction with KVA Planning Consultancy of Helmsley is 93 pages in length.  A copy will soon be available on this web site.  CPRENY have examined the policies and specific site options in depth.  It is the view of both KVA Planning and CPRENY that, in its current form, the draft plan will not stand up to scrutiny.  CPRE have responded also to previous consultation in 2010 and worked tirelessly to attempt to ensure that the plan adequate reflects the unique qualities of the area.
