Local residents contacted CPRE expressing grave concerns about a large housing/business unit development on land to the west of the B6480 
Skipton Road, Settle.  Such was our concern, we commissioned KVA Planning to examine the application in depth and prepare a report and recommendations.

CPRE North Yorkshire have objected to the proposal which is outside the defined development limits of Settle and within open countryside.
