It cannot be that one small settlement in Harrogate, near the Nidderdale AONB should be under such a sustained campaign by developers but.. it is.

 CPRENY have in the last five days, responded to three applications in this thriving, healthy village.  Historic England have severe concerns regarding the inclusion of this site within the Local Plan because they beleive that development on this site COULD NOT be achieved with suitable mitigation in place to ensure no harm to the setting of heritage assets (listed buildings and conservation area).

There is a reason the NPPF refers to Listed buildings and conservation areas as ASSETS - however these are assets for the nation not for developers.
