Ingleton - Enough is Enough......

Thursday, 15 February 2018 06:01

CPRENY following representations from local people and members of the charity have today responded to a further application in Ingleton.

In the words of a District Councillor; "Enough is Enough

Councillor Carl Lis stated in an article dated September 2016 published by the Craven Herald regarding the building of 4 houses:

"I'm supportive of houses being built in the

right places, but I think the time has come in

Ingleton that we are saturated with houses. We

have reached the point where houses are no

longer selling. There is a need for small houses

for rent, but these cannot be described as

houses for rent. I honestly believe we have

reached the point in Ingleton where enough is enough."
