Henry says "come to whaling Whitby to walk under the whale bones!"

In the latest of our entries into the school's writing competition Henry tells us about his view of North Yorkshire which includes; Whitby, Sutton Bank, fish and chips and Flamingo Land.

Whitby is glorious at the end of the summer season, take a visit to the Magpie for outstanding fish and chips as Henry suggests, Sutton Bank is a must see - the views will 'blow your eyes" as Henry says!

Remember, entries are being loaded daily on to the CPRENorthYorkshire web site.  The winning school will receive £200 and the winning entry in each of the year groups will receive a book token.  Entries should be under the title

'Why I love North Yorkshire'

We'd love the entries to be hand written, they should be on an A4 sheet of paper and illustrations are much appreciated!

Remember to include your school's name, the child's name and age (we'll print the first name only) and the age group.
