CPRENorthYorkshire was asked to respond to the Inspectors further questions in relation to hydrocarbons and the North Yorkshire County Council Minerals & Waste Joint Plant.

We commissioned KVA Planning of Helmsley to research and prepare our comments.  This piece of work is a MUST read if you care about the environment and in particular North Yorkshire's outstanding environment.

On the 22 of May at County Hall in Northallerton, seven councillors voted to approve the KM8 application.
