Jill Wilson, CPRE Craven committee member, working on the emerging local plan (some seven years in the making), had her letter calling for smart planning published in the Craven Herald.
Unfortunately, the Policy Committee approved the increase on the 3rd of November so Craven is now on the Merry go round!
