CPRE NY AGM 2016

Another successful CPRENY AGM in Thirsk

Once again, CPRENY hosted a well attended Annual General Meeting, Chaired by our President, the Lord Crathorne and with Sir Peter Waine and Oliver HIllam as guest speakers.

The planned meeting of CPRE North Yorkshire for 10 May 2016 was postponed for reasons outside our control. 

Trustees will meet on the 19th of July 2016

Stand and deliver!

CPRE’s Head of Planning Matt Thompson calls on house builders to deliver on their current commitments.

CPRE seriously concerned at the latest pronouncement by Ed Milliband giving York ruling party apparent carte blanche to build houses in our Green Belt.

CPRE York and Selby rejects the need for a new town at Whinthorpe.

A Beautiful and Litter-free Countryside Award 2013 The Marsh Awards for a Beautiful and Living Countryside was presented to Julie Hepworth the Chairman of Ryedale District Group by the National Charity of CPRE.
