Hutton Rugby, near Stokesley in the north of the County is faced with an application to buld 56 homes outside the development limits on the land adjacent to Belborough Lane and Station Lane. Large numbers of local people have objected to this proposal. The feeling is that as the village already has 22 new homes planned within the village, this application is disproportionate.
