Unfortunately and against residents views and some pretty sound objections from CPRENY this application was approved in October 2017
We would never object to the re-use of a redundant building and in the case of a Listed Building, providing the proposal was sensistive and respected the heritage status, we would be supportive.
However, in the case of this application which would, if approved, result in further homes being developed in the setting of the listed building which could impact adversely on the open spaces in a settlement such as Mickley
then, we object.
