UPDATE 13 DECEMBER
We have been advised that 11 documents were not posted on the planning web site of Ryedale Authority, this has now been rectified and we assume the consultation period will be adjusted and lengthened to reflect this
UPDATE; 11 DECEMBER 2017
It would appear local residentts are not amused by this application as we have an answering machine full of pleas for assistance
Please note - our objection has been submitted and receipt acknowledged by Ryedale Local Authority.
CPRENY alway balance the harm of a proposal against the gain. We fully support tourism and love the North York Moors but the scales well and truly tipped against the application. It's not tourism or the principle of the railway shed but the location and size that we're objecting to and maybe because we consider the Design & Access statement submitted does not really constitute a Design and Access Statement and the applicant has failed to provide a planning statement nor have they attempted any assessment of planning policy. Local people are of the opinion that a more suitable location exists oon previously developed land.
A copy of our objection can be found at the bottom of this page.
