One - the industrial scale poultry farm in York lodged in August 2016 is still with the planners awaiting a decision to recommened refusal or approval.
Two - the development of lodges, hotel, cinemas, parking for over 600 vehicles, swimming pool etc etc on the Hellifield Flashes - a site once recommended as a SINC lodged late Autumn 2016
and an application in Carleton to build on a greenfield site by a developer who already has planning permission in the same village on a brownfield site but who has stated that if the planning is granted - the brownfield site won't be built on ........
All three applications have been objected to (strongly) by CPRENY and we continue to wait..... meanwhile local residents live with the threat and the pressure goes on and on and on and on..........
