Phone lines ringing all day again at the CPRENY office.

Redsidents of Urton near Scarborough area appalled that site HA28 in the local plan, a grade 2 (BMV) site is set for development as the local authority have now included the site in their local plan against residents wishes.  The site is set to be developed by Linden Homes and risks destroying the individual settlements of Seamer and Urton.  As the plan is now with the INspector, there is sadly, little CPRE can do at this time however, we will be on hand to support those residents who joined CPRENY today when the application is lodged.
