Application 17/03437/OUTMAJ at Hampsthwaite thrown out by HDC
Harrogate Planners supported by the Harrogate Planning Committe threw out an application at Hampsthwaite in Harrogate on the 28th November 2017. CPRENY commissioned KVA Planning to draft our response to the application.

CPRENY has now commented on the mid stage consultation by Selby local authority.
CPRENY OBJECTS TO APPLICATION AT KIRKBY HILL HARROGATE
Our local planning warden alerted the Branch to an application for 87 new homes at Kirkby HIll near Harrogate. Having examined the files and visited the site, CPRENY beleive that the harm of this proposal outweighs the benefits and object.
