Ryedale Authority Local Plan
CPRENY respond to Ryedale Local Plan consultation!
Actually - it's quite impressive. The authority are keeping a policy on Visually Important Undeveloped Areas - well done Ryedale.
It's a very straight forward consultation. Their LPS was adopted in 2013 and this document allocates sites, most of which are already committed and carried forwards from the old plan. RDC have a FIVE YEAR supply so they haven't over-allocated land, those allocated sites are either long standing sites, brownfield or in-fill or urban centres.
If only all plans were this straightforwards!
Harrogate faces yet another application ....in Pannal this time
Right homes, right place and right reasons. This is a case of wrong place, certainly the wrong time and the reasons? Well it's obvious from our objection
Right now - this site is in the open countryside, outside development limits and is contra to local and national policy.
If at some stage in the future the site is included in the local plan being worked on right now, then THAT IS THE TIME TO APPLY FOR PLANNING PERMISSION!
The enormous Gallaber caravan and trailer home park continues to try to expand
CPRENY continues to object to further expansion of this caravan site at Hellifield that has continuously managed to grow and presents a clear and present danger to the local landscape and villages.
ooh er... more trouble for HBC's local plan

We were contacted by the public regarding this application.
